Client Funds Safety

Client-Selected Banks: Client funds are deposited in segregated accounts held in their own name at banks of their choosing. These banks have a minimum A-rating and are situated in trusted jurisdictions such as the UK, Switzerland, Monaco, Luxembourg, among others.

Access Control: Verity Capital never has direct access to client funds, thus ensuring their safety even under the hypothetical scenario of our firm ceasing operations.

Regulatory Capital: In accordance with FCA regulations, Verity Capital maintains a well-capitalized position to offer added security.

Bank Relationship Transparency: Clients maintain direct relationships with their respective bank’s relationship managers. We do not obscure the identities of the banks we collaborate with; we work alongside them, not as their replacement.

Risk Management and Reporting

Wealth Preservation: Our fee structure is aligned with our clients’ success, making wealth preservation a focal point. Our investment approach adopts a fixed-income mindset prioritizing capital safety and downside risks; the winners will take care of themselves

Reporting: Comprehensive portfolio reviews are provided at a minimum on a quarterly basis, fostering open dialogue and maintaining transparency.

Board of Directors and Management

The governance operations are led by Chairman and Founding Partner Periklis Filippou. Additional oversight is provided by a cadre of experienced Compliance Advisors, including former senior UK FCA regulatory personnel.
